The class will explore basic poses of acroyoga, breathing, and meditation with movement games. About Eli: Eli started practicing acroyoga in 2016 and for the last 8 years, teaches as an instructor across the US. He is passionate about sharing this beautiful practice in an inclusive way where moves come fast and easy. His teaching style includes learning to slow down, to speak with gentle language, and to play safely with new partners. Eli provides a fun and engaging class for children of all ages.
