The class will explore the basics of meditation, breathwork, movement games, and of course the beautiful healing art of acroyoga. About Eli: Eli started practicing acroyoga in 2016, and taught as an instructor all across the US. He is passionate about sharing this conscious practice in an inclusive way where learning is fast and easy. His teaching style focuses on slowing down, speaking with gentle language, and playing in a safe way. Eli provides a fun and engaging class for children of all ages.
